Your data, handled straight.

The plain-English version of how Robal handles data — on this website and inside the product. Questions, corrections or requests: matthew@robalai.com.

This website

If you send the “tell us what you're stuck on” form, we receive what you typed — your name, email, business name, team size and the bottleneck you described — and it goes straight to the founder. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else. We don't sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Booking a call runs through Cal.com (their privacy policy applies to the booking itself). We use privacy-conscious product analytics (PostHog) to understand which pages and buttons people use, so we can make the site better.

The product

Robal workspaces are isolated per customer — one customer's data is never visible to another's. We don't train AI models on your data, and we don't resell it. Anything Robal wants to send on your behalf waits for your explicit approval first.

You can ask for an export of your workspace's data, or for it to be deleted, at any time — email us and it happens.

The formal version

We're a UK company in beta, working concierge-style with a small number of customers. Formal data-processing terms are part of every customer agreement — ask and we'll send them before you sign anything. This page changes the day our practices do.
