Robal didn't come out of a lab. It runs every day inside StayRight, a 350-property hospitality operator, on real work — with a human approving anything that goes out.

What it runs

StayRight manages owner relationships across 350 properties — and the admin that comes with them never stops. Robal lives in their Slack and takes the recurring weight off:

  • Owner emails, drafted in their voice. Robal writes the update, attaches the numbers, and queues it for one-tap approval — it doesn't send until a human says so.
  • Portfolio questions, answered straight. “How many check-ins this week?” comes back as a computed answer from the source of truth, not a guess.
  • Maintenance, dispatched from Slack. An issue comes in, Robal routes it to the right person and tracks it until it's closed.

Why it works

The first weeks were managed — we sat with StayRight while Robal learned the business: the owners, the properties, the voice, the way they actually work. That's the point of the concierge start. They got an outcome, not an admin project.

StayRight isn't the only one. Robal also runs inside a 40-person letting agency and a 50-person accounting firm — early customers we'll name as their stories are ready to tell.
