One teammate. Founder pricing.

From $750/mo — the ops work, without the ~$50k/yr hire. Every plan starts with a demo; we install it and stay close. No per-seat fees, no surprise bills. Priced in USD.

Every plan gets the full Robal — managed onboarding, the shared brain, 3,000+ apps, and a hard spend cap. The plan just scales with how much work Robal does each month, and we size the right one with you on the call. You can't be surprise-billed: when the monthly allowance is used up, Robal pauses rather than running up a bill.

Questions, answered straight.

Can it make mistakes?
Yes. That's why anything consequential — anything that sends, pays, or commits — waits for your approval. Robal drafts and chases; you're always the last word.
Is it self-serve?
Not yet. We install it and learn your business in the first weeks. That managed start is the point — you get an outcome, not an admin project.
What does it integrate with?
3,000+ apps via Pipedream — Gmail, Sheets, Stripe, Calendar, HubSpot and the rest of your stack. No new logins for your team.
Why not just use Claude + Zapier myself?
You can — if you have the evenings for it. The tools are ~$50/mo; the 15–20 hours of working out what to automate, building it, and fixing it when it breaks are the real cost. Robal's price includes those hours: we discover the workflows, build them, and keep them running. You approve the output, not the project.
Will it surprise-bill me?
No. Every plan is a hard ceiling. When the monthly work allowance is used up, Robal pauses rather than running up a bill — you upgrade or wait for the reset.
Do you have SOC 2?
Not yet — it's on the roadmap, not a feature today. Here's how we handle your data now: per-workspace isolation, nothing sent without approval, and a hard spend cap.
What channels do you support?
Slack today, with more channels coming soon. Tell us your setup on the call and we'll be straight about whether it's a fit.
